Chris Ngo is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software engineering and leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Technology for AI solutions at Knovel Engineering since October 2022, Chris is dedicated to creating innovative solutions that address unsolved challenges. Prior to this, Chris held the position of Principal Software Engineer and Team Lead at KLASS Engineering and Solutions, where responsibilities included developing a People Analytics product and overseeing engineering teams. Previous roles include Tech Lead positions at Fuji Xerox Singapore, where Chris focused on next-gen printer software, and multiple software engineering positions at StarHub, FPT Software, and CIBER, Inc., demonstrating a strong background in Java, database technologies, and team management. Additionally, Chris has contributed to academic settings as an adjunct lecturer in advanced database courses and programming.
