Dax Patel

Dax Patel has a diverse work experience starting in 2014. Dax worked at Budgens as a Customer Service representative from August 2014 to January 2016, where they focused on meeting sales targets and assisting customers. From September 2013 to July 2016, Dax served as an ECE peer mentor at Brunel University London, helping new students acclimate to university life and resolving any issues they encountered. In 2017, Dax had multiple roles at different companies. Dax started as a Network Analyst - Intern at Capital Novus from June 2017 to August 2017. From March 2017 to May 2018, they worked as a Global Ambassador at Pace University. Dax joined Knovos in September 2017 as a System Engineer, responsible for maintaining the sever and network infrastructure, designing and setting up virtualized environments, and enhancing PBX systems. Dax then progressed to the role of Solutions Engineer in May 2020, where they troubleshooted and resolved technical issues for clients, conducted post-sales and pre-sales activities, and gained expertise in deploying Knovos solutions on cloud platforms. Recently, in April 2021, Dax was promoted to Senior Solutions Engineer at Knovos.

Dax Patel completed their Master of Science (MSc) degree in Computer Science from Pace University between 2016 and 2018. Prior to that, they pursued their Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Electrical Engineering with Renewable Energy Systems at Brunel University London from 2012 to 2016.
