UMANG DARJI

Umang Darji has a diverse work experience in the field of technical support and product expertise. UMANG began their career at SMG INFOSOLUTIONS PVT LTD in 2009 as a Technical Support Executive, where they provided technical assistance to customers. In 2011, they joined Future Knowledge Services Ltd as an Application Support Engineer, responsible for troubleshooting and resolving application issues. Moving forward, they joined Capital Novus in 2013 as a Solutions Engineer, where they played a key role in developing and implementing solutions for clients. In 2017, Umang joined Sigma Infosolutions Ltd as a Lead Technical Support, overseeing technical support operations. Currently, they work at Knovos as a Product Expert since 2018. Overall, Umang has gained extensive expertise in technical support and product knowledge throughout their career.

Umang Darji completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Science from Hemchandracharya North Gujarat University from 2006 to 2007.
