Vlad Groza

Vlad Groza is an experienced Training Manager at Know!, a Romanian human resources consulting company, since July 2012, specializing in training and team-building services. With over 11 years in the industry, Vlad coordinates a team of over 40 consultants and has developed training programs for more than 100 active clients, impacting over 43,000 participants in the last three years. Prior roles include Senior Trainer and Senior HR Consultant, where Vlad focused on client relationships, training needs assessments, and the delivery of both soft and technical skills training.
