Cesare Lamonaca has extensive experience in project management and functional analysis, particularly within the IT and banking sectors. Starting as a Team Leader and Functional Analyst at Origin from 1997 to 2000, Lamonaca was involved in downgrading from legacy software systems to ERP/custom systems and managing data migration. Subsequently, at Atos Origin from 2000 to 2007, Lamonaca served as a Project Delivery Manager, focusing on software projects and application management in banking. From 2019 onwards, Lamonaca has held various project management roles at Engineering Ingegneria Informatica Spa, managing SAP/4 HANA projects for Tim and MS Dynamics365 implementations for clients including Tiscali and Banca Mediolanum, demonstrating a strong background in telco dynamics, financial product management, and both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
