Channel Sales Engineer

Alicia Keith has extensive experience in the technology and customer support sectors, currently serving as a Channel Sales Engineer at KnowBe4 since August 2018, where roles have included Tech Support Performance Coach, Tier 1 Support Manager, and Sales Engineer.
