Benet Hopper, CISSP CAPM, is an experienced professional with a diverse background in product management, information technology consulting, and operational leadership. Currently serving as an Associate Product Manager at KnowBe4 since December 2019, Benet has previously held various roles including Advanced Support Engineer and Core Support Manager. Benet founded and operated Easy Does I.T., LLC, focusing on improving SMBs' data security and efficiency. Additional roles include positions at OneTouch Direct, T-Mobile GenCare, and Assurant Valuations, where Benet demonstrated leadership in managing teams, achieving performance metrics, and implementing software release strategies. Benet's earlier experience includes management roles in the hospitality sector and system administration.
