Brandon Smith

Brandon Smith is an experienced professional in product management and customer support, currently serving as a Senior Product Manager at KnowBe4 since April 2018, with prior roles including Product Manager, Tier 3 Technical Support, Sales Engineer, and Tier 1 Technical Support. Before joining KnowBe4, Brandon worked as an Insurance Sales Agent at GEICO from December 2017 to April 2018 and held the position of Customer Service Team Leader at Publix Super Markets from July 2010 to December 2017. Brandon earned an Associate's degree from Pasco-Hernando State College between 2008 and 2010 and further pursued education at the University of South Florida.
