Christian Betts is a design leader with over two decades of experience in shaping UX teams and design initiatives. Currently serving as the Director of UX at KnowBe4, Christian previously held positions such as Lead UX Designer at Razor Ltd and Senior Web Designer at Irwin Mitchell. Early in their career, they worked as a Graphic Designer at The Source and a Mac Genius at Apple. Christian's education includes a BTEC Foundation in Art & Design from Chesterfield College.
