Danielle Rivera

Danielle Rivera has extensive experience in accounts receivable and order fulfillment, currently serving as a Senior Accounts Receivable Specialist at KnowBe4 since April 2018, having previously held various roles within the company. Prior to KnowBe4, Danielle worked as an Enterprise Development Representative at BlueGrace Logistics, focusing on improving business transportation and supply chain models. Additional experience includes roles in medical manufacturing at Syndaver and career advising at the University of South Florida. Danielle's early career featured positions in the hospitality and administrative sectors, starting as an Administrative Assistant at Albert McGann M.D. and culminating with serving as an Assistant Manager at Precious Cargo. Danielle holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of South Florida, completed in 2012.
