James Brannen

James "Max" Brannen, MBA, SACP, CCAP, is an experienced Enterprise Customer Success Manager at KnowBe4, managing over 100 accounts across various sectors and collaborating with C-level executives to enhance security culture. Previously, Brannen served as a Co-Owner of Fun in the Sun Bounce House & Party Rental, focusing on community contributions through charitable rentals. Other roles include Customer Success Manager and Implementation Specialist at Verizon Connect, where Brannen facilitated onboarding and product adoption for numerous clients, and Assistant Executive Director at Velocity Business Solutions Inc., leading a high-performing sales team.
