Jeffrey Gelinas

Jeffrey Gelinas, CISSP, CCSP, is a Senior Product Manager at KnowBe4 since September 2018, having previously served as Product Manager, Advanced Support Engineer, Technical Support, and Tier 2 Technical Support. Jeffrey served as an Adjunct Instructor at St. Petersburg College from October 2018 to February 2022 and worked as a Program Manager and IT Specialist at CareerSource Pinellas from March 2017 to September 2018. In addition, Jeffrey was an IT Instructor at the Science Technology Education and Innovation Center (STEIC) during the same period, focusing on CompTIA certification training for various audiences.
