Kayley Melton

Kayley Melton is a highly experienced executive in the field of security awareness and digital strategy. Currently serving as Vice President for US Remote Publishing Teams and Vice President for SAC Courseware & Labs at KnowBe4 since December 2019, Kayley provides creative direction, executive strategy, and security awareness expertise, driving division performance and collaboration across company sectors. Previously, as Director of Digital Strategy & Innovation at The Security Awareness Company from August 2011 to December 2019, Kayley successfully led the development of high-level digital strategies that garnered industry recognition, resulting in the company's acquisition by KnowBe4 in 2016. Kayley's early career included roles as Graphics Maestro & Web Developer and Production Assistant, where foundational contributions to brand management and e-learning content were made. Kayley also served as Webmistress & Brand Manager at InfoWarCon and as Publications Specialist under Americorps VISTA at the Christian Appalachian Project, earning recognition for outstanding service. Kayley holds a Bachelor of Arts in Studio Art, Sociology, and Religion from Centre College.
