Ruksana Begum

Ruksana Begum is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in bid management and revenue support. Since January 2025, Ruksana has served as the Senior Manager of RFP & Revenue Support at KnowBe4, following a role as Head of Bid Management at Egress, a KnowBe4 company, from September 2019 to December 2024. Prior to that, Ruksana worked as a Bid Manager at Methods and held various positions including Head of Bid Management and Sales Enablement, Sales Administrator at Wavex Technology Ltd, and Office Administrator at SQS Group. Ruksana began her career at The Digital Property Group, starting as a Sales Administrator and advancing to Customer Service Executive. Ruksana holds a Bachelor's degree in English and Media Writing from the University of Greenwich, obtained between 2007 and 2009.
