Ryan Stelzer

Ryan Stelzer currently serves as Chief of Staff at KnowBe4, a position held since August 2025. Prior to this role, Ryan co-founded Strategy of Mind, contributing from 2015 to August 2025. Ryan also has experience as a co-author of the book "Think Talk Create: Building Workplaces Fit for Humans," published by Hachette Book Group in September 2021. Previous roles include Senior Consultant at State Street and Performance Manager at the Office of Management and Budget, both roles undertaken after completing a Presidential Management Fellowship. Ryan's educational background includes an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, an MA from the University of Chicago, a certificate in Corporate Finance from Columbia Business School, and undergraduate studies at Boston University, where Ryan graduated with distinction.
