Tom Becker is a Talent Acquisition Partner for the DACH region at KnowBe4 since October 2025, previously serving as a Recruitment Consultant at Octagon Professionals from August 2023 to October 2025, where focus was on assisting international clients in navigating the Dutch market with HR, pay-rolling, and recruitment services. Earlier experience includes a role as an Associate Search Consultant at Mackinnon Bruce International, specializing in the E-mobility sector, and a Market Researcher position at PLAEX Technologies, where research on German waste management highlighted legislative complexities. Tom Becker holds a Master's degree in Social & Organizational Psychology (Hons.) and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, both from Leiden University, along with a High School Diploma from Oak Park High School in Winnipeg.
