Victor Langåssve

Victor Langåssve is an accomplished cybersecurity professional with extensive experience in governance, risk management, and compliance across various sectors, including finance, energy, and telecommunications. Currently serving as the Director of GRC Cyber Security at Knowit since February 2012, Victor has held multiple senior roles focused on cybersecurity compliance, risk management, and business development. As a co-founder and organizer of SEC-T, a non-profit organization aimed at enhancing information security awareness, Victor has contributed significantly to the field. Prior roles include leading PCI services at Cybercom and security consulting at Nexus Technology and Pinion Security Consulting AB. Victor holds numerous professional certifications, including CPP, CISM, CISSP-ISSMP, CISA, CRISC, QSA, and CCISO, and is currently pursuing an MBA in Cyber Security at Wrexham University.
