Siva Shankar has worked in the information technology consulting industry since 2013. Siva started their career at Knowledge Builders Inc. as a Recruitment Lead/Resource Specialist. In this role, they specialized in providing a wide range of skilled information technology professionals to corporations and governmental entities. Siva then moved to Pantar Solutions Inc. in 2013, where they worked as a Technical Recruiter. In this role, they were responsible for partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and screening resumes.
