Joy Johnson

Joy Johnson is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in system and network administration. Currently serving as a System & Network Administrator at Knowledge Group LLC since May 2013, Joy Johnson manages daily operations and maintenance of telephony systems and IT infrastructure while providing support for ADUKG environments. Prior experience includes working as an ICT Engineer at GEMS Education from January 2008 to April 2013, where Joy Johnson was responsible for the installation and troubleshooting of various server systems and administration of network services. Joy Johnson holds a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) and a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Computer Science, both from Bharathiar University.
