David Reist

David Reist is an experienced professional with a diverse background in program management and research. Currently serving as Program Manager at Knowledge Management, Inc. since April 2015, David has previously held the position of Senior Research Fellow at the Potomac Institute for Policy & Studies from 2009 to August 2022. David's military career spans over three decades with the United States Marine Corps, where the role encompassed various responsibilities from June 1978 to September 2009. David holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from SUNY Geneseo and has completed several advanced military education programs, including logistics and supply chain management through various Marine Corps Schools.
