Angela Ryan Lee MD, FACC has held a variety of medical roles since 2014. Angela began their career as an Internal Medicine Resident at The George Washington University Hospital, followed by a Cardiovascular Diseases Fellow and then Chief Fellow, Cardiovascular Diseases. In 2019, they joined ABC News as a medical expert for the ABC News Medical Unit, where they fact checked, edited, and wrote articles and news pieces on medical topics. In 2021, they became a Medical Writer for Verywell and a Medical Editor for MedStudy. In 2022, they took on the role of Medical Reviewer for Healthline Media and Medical Director, Content Development for Knowledge to Practice (K2P).
