Cathleen Filippello

Cathleen Filippello is an experienced educator and mental health instructor, currently serving as an Adjunct Professor at Ocean County College and Bridgewater College since 2021, and at New Jersey City University since 2009. In addition to academic roles, Cathleen works as a Content Author for KnowledgeCity and as an Instructor at RTC, partnering with various educational institutions to support K-12 educators. Cathleen also instructs for the National Council for Mental Wellbeing, specializing in Mental Health First Aid. With a background as a retired Assistant Principal at Eisenhower Intermediate School and experience as a Consultant for Effective School Solutions, Cathleen holds a Bachelor of Science in Education from The College of New Jersey and a Master's degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from Rider University.
