Rachel Galeski has extensive work experience in the sales and operations field. Rachel started their career at CTB McGraw Hill as a Sales Staff Assistant and Inside Sales Consultant from June 2002 to December 2006. Rachel then joined Orchard Learning as an Inside Sales Account Manager from January 2007 to March 2011. Rachel joined KnowledgeLake in March 2011 as an Inside Sales Representative, where they transformed Microsoft SharePoint into an enterprise-ready ECM platform. Rachel worked for KnowledgeLake until April 2015. From April 2015 to October 2015, they served as an Inside Sales Manager for Fujitsu Computer Products of America, Inc.'s Fujitsu Solutions Group. In this role, Rachel led a team of 5 Inside Sales Representatives and was responsible for overall productivity and goal attainment. Rachel then became a Regional Solutions Manager-Fujitsu Solutions Group from October 2015 to April 2017. In this position, Rachel worked with clients and prospects to demonstrate the benefits of the company's capture software. Rachel rejoined KnowledgeLake in 2017 as the Inside Sales Manager, and in July 2019, they were promoted to Manager of Sales Operations & Inside Sales. In this role, they oversee the sales operations and inside sales functions of the company.
