Alison Espinosa

Alison Espinosa is a seasoned educator and instructional coach with extensive experience in secondary mathematics. Currently serving as a Secondary Mathematics Instructional Coach at Salt Lake City School District since August 2021, Alison previously taught various mathematics courses including Secondary Math 1, 2, and IB Math SL. With a robust teaching background in multiple school districts, Alison has also been involved with the Knowles Teacher Initiative as a Knowles Senior Fellow and Knowles Teaching Fellow, contributing to professional development and collaborative learning initiatives. Alison holds a Doctor of Education in Curriculum and Instruction and a Master’s Degree in Secondary Mathematics Education from the University of South Carolina, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the same institution.
