Knowles Teacher Initiative
Justine Myers is an experienced educator and coordinator currently serving as the Teacher Fellows Coordinator at San Francisco State University since September 2022. Concurrently, Justine has been a Team Specialist and Inquiry Coach with the Knowles Teacher Initiative since June 2021. Previous roles include Science Lead at Trellis Education, Biology and Aquatic Science Teacher at Clements High School, and Aquatic Science Curriculum Writer for Fort Bend ISD. Additional experience includes positions as an Earth Science Teacher at Seaside High School, Life Science Teacher at La Colina Junior High, Biology Teacher at Dos Pueblos High School, Naturalist at Camp Sea Lab, and Teachers Aide at Duke University Talent Identification Program. Justine holds a Master of Education in Secondary Education and Teaching from UC Santa Barbara and a Bachelor of Science in Aquatic Biology from the same institution.
