Aya S. Baeshean

Aya S. Baeshean has a diverse work experience in the field of design. Aya S. currently holds the position of VP, Head of Design at Known since October 2021. Prior to this, they worked as the NAM/NY Design Director at DDB from May 2020 to October 2021. Aya S. also served as the New Business Design Director at Havas from February 2020 to July 2020. Before that, Aya was the Head of Design at DDB from February 2017 to January 2020. Aya S. started their career as a Lead Designer at Young & Rubicam from March 2015 to February 2017. Prior to that, they worked as a Designer at BMW Group from December 2014 to May 2015 and at Energy BBDO from May 2014 to November 2014. Aya also has freelance experience as a Designer/Art Director at Ayabas from 2008 to 2014.

Aya S. Baeshean started their education at St. George's International School in Switzerland, where they obtained their High School Diploma in 2004. Aya S. then attended the University of San Diego from 2004 to 2006, studying Psychology and International Relations. In 2006, Aya enrolled in Parsons School of Design - The New School, where they pursued a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Communication Design & Technology, graduating in 2010. Continuing their education, Aya obtained a Master of Fine Arts degree in Visual Design Communications from Harrington College of Design from 2012 to 2015. Additionally, they gained a Certificate in Web Design from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago from 2013 to 2015.
