Ryan Halliday has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Ryan started their career as a Staff Writer at Southbridge Evening News in 2002 before moving on to roles as a Staff Writer and Managing Editor at GateHouse Media New England. In these positions, they covered various local and political events. Ryan then joined The Telegraph in Nashua, NH as a Staff Writer, where they provided live coverage of important political events, including the 2008 New Hampshire Presidential Primaries.
In 2008, Ryan transitioned to a role as an Assistant Project Manager at Source Atlantic, where they consulted hospitals on the procurement and management of medical equipment. Ryan later joined IDC as an Inquiry Analyst, managing client requests to use intellectual property and reporting to the Director of Corporate Communications.
In 2011, Ryan began working at C Space as a Consultant and later as a Senior Consultant, providing account management, consumer insight consultation, and designing qualitative research projects for Walmart and Sam's Club. Ryan then joined Forrester, where they held various roles such as Senior Data Insights Manager, Analytics Sector Lead, and Director of Benchmarking.
Most recently, Ryan joined Known in 2022 as the Director of Advanced Analytics.
Ryan Halliday completed a Master's degree in Integrated Marketing Communication from Emerson College from 2009 to 2012. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Humanities and Fine Arts in History & Journalism at the University of Massachusetts Amherst from 1996 to 2001.
