Theresa Stoddard, MA, CAPM, currently serves as the Manager of Research and Strategy at Known, where innovative qualitative research engagements are led to define experience, product, and go-to-market strategies for global clients. Prior experience includes roles as Director of Methodology at the Institute For Integrated Economic Research, where participatory research was utilized to develop well-being instruments, and as a Teaching and Research Assistant at the University of South Florida, focusing on sociocultural topics and the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic. Other notable positions include Research Fellow at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, Patient and Family Experience Graduate Intern at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, and U.S. Fulbright Scholar in Spain, where human rights curriculums were designed and implemented.
