Elena Sullivan

Elena Sullivan, MMSc, PA-C, is an experienced Physician Assistant specializing in obesity and lifestyle medicine, currently employed at knownwell since January 2025. Prior to this role, Elena worked at Dignity Weight Center from February 2021 to January 2025, focusing on outpatient weight management. Additional contributions include serving as faculty for the AAPA Obesity Community of Practice and as a Nutrition Outreach Fellow at the PA Foundation. In May 2023, Elena lectured at the Yale School of Medicine on topics related to nutrition. Previous experiences also encompass clinical roles at HAVEN Free Clinic and research at Yale University School of Medicine. Elena holds a Master's degree in Medical Science from Yale School of Medicine and a Bachelor's degree in Health Science from Northeastern University.
