Ashantia Vice

Ashantia Vice has a diverse and extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Ashantia started their career at Northside Hospital as a Medicaid Specialist and then moved on to Hill-Rom as a Medicaid Research and Appeals Specialist. Ashantia continued their career at UHS-Pruitt Corporation as a Regional Medicaid Biller/Interim Team Lead. Ashantia then joined Piedmont Healthcare and held the roles of Manager, Third Party Government Accounts Receivables and Revenue Cycle Consultant. Afterward, they worked at ABLM Inc. as a Senior Revenue Cycle Consultant, where they led various projects and developed strategies to optimize accounts receivable collections. Following that, Ashantia worked at Culbert Healthcare Solutions as a Senior Revenue Cycle Consultant, focusing on improving revenue cycle processes and implementing best practices in the Epic environment. Currently, they are the Assistant Director of Operations at RSource - Healthcare Receivables Management, responsible for managing denial resolution teams, developing key performance metrics, and coordinating with client services and reporting teams. Ashantia has demonstrated expertise in process improvement, revenue optimization, and staff training and support in their roles throughout their career.

Ashantia Vice holds a Diploma in Certified Medical Assistant from Beta Technical College, which they obtained in 1999. In 2007, they enrolled at Trident Technical College and earned an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in General Studies by 2009. Ashantia then pursued higher education and completed their Bachelor's of Science degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Saint Leo University between 2010 and 2012. Most recently, in 2019, Ashantia Vice obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Finance from Ashford University.
