Brook Thomason CRCR, CAC has extensive experience in operations management and patient accounts, currently serving as the Assistant Director of Operations at Knowtion Health since August 2018. Previously, Brook held various roles at Amplus Group from August 2018 to November 2022, including Manager of Operations, Patient Account Supervisor, and Patient Account Representative. Earlier experience includes work as a Patient Account Specialist across multiple locations from August 2011 to August 2018. Prior to these roles, Brook was the Owner of Hard Times Billiards from September 1995 to November 2011, where Brook successfully operated a highly regarded pool room.
