Mark Draper

President, River City Electric Co. Draper received his BA in History from Knox and has spent his entire career in the electrical construction industry. In 2012 he founded River City Electric, focusing primarily on heavy outdoor electrical construction. RCE works mostly with state, county, and municipal departments of transportation installing airport lighting, traffic signals, street lighting, and traffic management systems. He sits as a management trustee on the Electrician’s Fringe Benefit Fund managing employee fringe benefits including a self-insured health care plan. In addition, he also is a board member for the Mankato branch of West Bank.
