Rachel Allan is a Health Informatics Specialist with experience in working for various healthcare organizations, including Knox County Health Department and University of Tennessee Institute for Public Service. Rachel has a Master of Public Health degree with a specialization in Health Policy and Management from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Florida Gulf Coast University.
