Rhonda Harbin currently serves as a Project Manager Graphic Designer and previously held the role of Program Manager Graphic Design at Knox County Health Department since December 2023. Before this, Rhonda worked at Knox County Schools from March 2017 to December 2023 as a Graphic Designer. Additional experience includes a part-time position as a Cake Decorator at Food City / KVAT Foods Inc. (October 2012 - October 2017) and a Senior Graphic Designer role at Journal Media Group (November 2014 - August 2016), where responsibilities included maintaining brand identity and managing marketing collateral for 15 properties nationwide. Rhonda’s career also encompasses significant experience at Knoxville News Sentinel/KNS Media Group, serving as a Custom Publishing Senior Graphic Designer and Advertising Artist from February 1992 to 2014. Rhonda holds a BFA in Fine Art, Drawing from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
