Caitlin Harrington has held various roles in the finance and accounting field, starting as a Financial Assistant at Northern Kingdom Music Store. Over the years, Caitlin transitioned to roles of increasing responsibility, eventually becoming the Senior Director of Finance at PENOBSCOT BAY YMCA. Currently, Caitlin serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Knox County Homeless Coalition. Caitlin Harrington obtained their education from the University of Maine at Augusta.

Established in 2014, our mission is to break cycles of poverty and homelessness, empowering our clients to realize and maintain productive, self-reliant and independent lives. Our services are delivered with respect, dignity and genuine caring, fulfilling our promise of home, help, and hope. Knox County Homeless Coalition’s comprehensive programming includes the Hospitality House Family Shelter; The Landing Place youth program; comprehensive case management; aftercare to support clients recently placed into housing; transportation services; a Welcome Center, which handles intakes and emergency walk-ins, offering laundry and shower facilities; and a complete Donation Center that provides food, clothing, and household goods to those in need.
