Tandra Fielding has a background in finance and accounting, with experience in various industries such as mortgage, food service, and non-profit organizations. Currently working as an Operations Assistant at Knox County Homeless Coalition, Tandra holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management with a focus on Small Business Administration/Management. In the past, Tandra has worked in roles such as Accounting & Project Analytics, Loan Officer Assistant, and Finance Coordinator. Additionally, Tandra has experience as a math tutor, specializing in Algebra, Geometry, and Pre-Calculus at the high school and college level.

Established in 2014, our mission is to break cycles of poverty and homelessness, empowering our clients to realize and maintain productive, self-reliant and independent lives. Our services are delivered with respect, dignity and genuine caring, fulfilling our promise of home, help, and hope. Knox County Homeless Coalition’s comprehensive programming includes the Hospitality House Family Shelter; The Landing Place youth program; comprehensive case management; aftercare to support clients recently placed into housing; transportation services; a Welcome Center, which handles intakes and emergency walk-ins, offering laundry and shower facilities; and a complete Donation Center that provides food, clothing, and household goods to those in need.
