Rich McKinney

Rich McKinney has extensive experience in educational leadership and project management, currently serving as a Project Manager and Practitioner Support Analyst at Knox County Schools since January 2004. In previous roles, McKinney has focused on program development, grant writing, family recruitment, and community partnerships as a Magnet Facilitator, and provided education leadership, employee evaluations, and athletic program direction as an Assistant Principal. Early career experience includes sales and service management at Cintas Corporation, emphasizing contract negotiation, customer service, and staff supervision. McKinney holds a PhD in Education from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and a BS in Journalism/Advertising from the University of Kentucky.
