Francis Kim has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Francis is currently serving as the Head of Digital Identity at Knox Networks Inc since January 2022. Prior to this, Francis held various leadership roles at Amdocs and UXP Systems, including Head of Engineering- Digital Identity & Commerce and VP of Solution Architecture- Digital Identity & Commerce. Francis worked at Amdocs from 2018 to 2022.

Before joining Amdocs, Francis worked at UXP Systems from 2013 to 2018 and held positions such as VP of Solution Architecture, Director of Solution Architecture, and Director of Solution Delivery.

Their earlier experiences include positions at Olson (formerly MyThum Interactive), where they held the roles of Associate Technical Director, Development Manager, and Senior Developer from 2010 to 2013.

Francis began their career at eLoyalty in 2005, working as a Senior Technical Consultant. Francis was involved in back-end and front-end J2EE application development and conducted data migrations on Oracle databases.

Prior to that, Francis worked as a Product Marketing Engineer at Cypress Semiconductor in 2004, a Mainframe Applications Developer at Sun Life Financial in 2003, an Application Developer at The Kenna Group in 2001, and a Systems Engineer at Abitibi Consolidated in 2001.

Francis Kim attended the University of Waterloo from 2000 to 2005, where they pursued a degree in Computer Engineering within the field of Engineering. In 2003, they also spent a brief period at the University of Technology Sydney, focusing on a similar degree in Computer Engineering. Afterward, they enrolled in the Harvard Business School in an unspecified year and completed their studies in 2016. Although their field of study and degree name at Harvard Business School are not mentioned, they continued their education there until at least 2016.
