Gina Stassi

Gina Stassi is an accomplished attorney with extensive experience in various legal roles, currently serving as Counsel at Knox Ricksen LLP since June 2023, representing clients in qui tam actions related to insurance fraud and unfair business practices. Prior to this, Gina worked as an Attorney at Kaufhold Gaskin Gallagher LLP, handling arbitration and litigation for venture capital fund founders, as well as various commercial and employment matters. Gina’s previous positions include Counsel at Morris Kandinov LLP, Associate Attorney at Mound Cotton Wollan & Greengrass LLP, and Senior Associate Attorney at Cotchett, Pitre & McCarthy, LLP, where significant responsibilities included managing litigation strategies in complex securities law cases. Early career experience involved representation of investors at Robbins Arroyo LLP and a law clerk position at Stoll, Nussbaum & Polakov. Gina holds a Juris Doctor from Pepperdine University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in English, magna cum laude, from Loyola Marymount University.
