Cassi Pearson

Cassi Pearson has extensive experience in educational leadership, currently serving as Superintendent for Knoxville Community School District since July 2014. Prior to this role, Cassi served as Superintendent of Grundy Center Community Schools from July 2008 to June 2014, where a transition from Middle School Principal to Superintendent occurred in 2010. Cassi's career began at AGWSR School District in August 2000 as an 8th Grade Language Arts Teacher, advancing to Director of School Improvement and then Middle School Principal by 2007. Cassi holds a Certificate of Advanced Studies in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies from Iowa State University, completed from 2005 to 2010.
