Abdurrahman Abdullah, MSIDT, CITP, CHRC is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources, training, and development across various sectors. Currently serving as the CEO and Founder of HEAART International Management Consultancy, LLC since January 2022, Abdurrahman previously held significant roles including Coordinator of HR Training Centers at KNPC since June 2014, where strategic HR and training programs were developed for refinery operations. Earlier experience includes creating career development initiatives for over 1,500 employees at the Oil Sector Services Company, managing employee affairs and HR policies at Agility, and teaching English at Oujda Language Center. Abdurrahman’s military background with the United States Air Force contributed to a robust foundation in personnel management and training. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Instructional Design & Technology from Walden University and a Bachelor's in HR Management from Colorado Technical University.
