Bart Couwenberg has extensive experience in management and strategic human resources, currently serving as the Manager a.i. of Team H&W at Fontys Hogeschool since June 2021 and as a Strategic HR Business Partner at KNWU since March 2018. Couwenberg has held leadership roles, such as Directeur bedrijfsvoering at KempenPlus and Manager at Rabobank, where significant organizational changes were successfully implemented. Prior to these positions, Couwenberg managed process implementation at PostNL, improving logistics efficiency while advising on personnel and organizational strategy. Couwenberg's educational background includes studies at Hertog Jan College, Fontys University of Applied Sciences, KU Leuven, and Tilburg University, culminating in a propaedeuse degree in Dutch Law.
