Brianna Nicholson

Brianna Nicholson has extensive work experience in management consulting, employment services, and call center operations. Brianna held various roles at KO Business Solutions, LLC, including Director of Operations and currently serves as the Partner & COO. At Enterprise Recovery Systems, Inc, they worked as a Contract Manager, Contact Center Manager, and Client Account Manager. Their expertise lies in executive leadership, operational management, and workforce staffing.

Brianna Nicholson earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Sociology from North Central College from 2007 to 2011. In addition, they obtained certifications in Project Management from the Project Management Institute in 2016 and in Essential Skills and Knowledge for Effective Contact Center Management from ICMI in 2014.
