Eric Lutz has held a variety of roles in their career. From 2001-2005, they worked as a Data Integrity Analyst at HyperFeed Technologies. From 2005-2007, they worked as a Content Associate at SNL Financial. From 2007-2016, they worked as a Senior Market Analyst at Holy Cross Hospital. In 2016, they began working as an Assembly Worker at RPG Diffusor Systems, Inc., where they built parts and equipment for the diffusion, refraction, and absorption of sound. Since 2014, they have also been a Manager/Coach at Koa Sports League, where they coached travel and rec boys baseball teams, ages 7-10. Additionally, they created HEWCO, CCR, and BSM Sabermetrics to help evaluate, recommend, and teach players offense for travel baseball, and designed a Magnetic Baseball board, with moveable magnetic pieces for fielders, base runners, baseballs, umpires, positions, outs, score, batted ball types, in order to teach defense.

Eric Lutz obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Finance from Michigan State University between 1990 and 1995. Eric then went on to receive a Master's Degree in Business Administration from the University of West Georgia in 2004.
