Erica Tapia

Erica Tapia is a professional with diverse experience in customer service, research, and editing. Currently serving as Lead Wait Staff at By Word of Mouth UK since January 2023, Erica previously held roles as a Transit Driver for ASUCD Unitrans, where responsibility included the safe operation of a public transit bus and providing excellent service to seniors and customers with disabilities. Erica also contributed as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the University of California, Davis, assisting in biophysics experiments. Additionally, as Lead Editor for The Plain, Erica managed editorial meetings and ensured the timely publication of scientific articles.
