Chrissy O'Connor has a diverse work experience in the music industry and IT business management. Chrissy started working at Kobalt Music in 2014, where they held multiple roles including Copyright Manager, Assistant Manager, PRO Liaison, and Assistant Manager Mechanical Licensing. Chrissy also worked as a Coordinator, Mechanical Licensing at Kobalt Music Group. Prior to that, they worked as an Intern at OKGood Records. In 2013, they worked at Tiffany & Co. as IT Business Management.

Chrissy O'Connor attended Montclair State University from 2007 to 2011, where they earned a Bachelor's of Music degree in Music Theory and Composition. Chrissy later pursued a Certificate in Music Business from Musicians Institute from 2012 to 2013.
