Sian Cargan

Sian Cargan is a seasoned professional in internal communications and engagement, currently serving as the Global Internal Communications & Engagement Lead at Kobalt Music since April 2024. With extensive experience, Sian has held significant roles such as Director at SHINE communications since October 2018, and previously worked at Activision Blizzard as the Internal Communications lead for the EMEA region from November 2020 to March 2024. Prior to that, Sian served as a Strategic Communications Consultant at Wright Medical and directed international internal communications at CDK Global. Initial career development included key positions at ADP and Nationwide Building Society. Sian holds a degree in Management with a focus on Marketing from the University of Southampton.
