Formerly Known as “L&T Kobelco Private Limited” started as Joint Venture between Larsen & Toubro Limited and KOBE STEEL, LTD. during 2011. With effect from 17th April 2019 the company has become a wholly owned subsidiary of KOBE STEEL, LTD and with effect from 19th June 2019 the company name has changed to Kobelco Industrial Machinery India Private Limited The company manufactures Mixers & Extruders as per the technology of KOBE STEEL, LTD. and is being marketed in India and abroad.
