Mette Bonderup

Mette Bonderup is a researcher and educator at Professionshøjskolen Absalon since March 2024 and holds the position of Socialfaglig Udviklingskonsulent with Københavns Kommune since September 2022. Prior experience includes a role in research, teaching, and consultancy at University College Lillebælt from November 2013 to October 2022, as well as positions as a Handicapkonsulent in Odense Kommune from 2010 to 2011 and as a social advisor for children and young people in Fredericia Kommune from 2005 to 2010. Mette Bonderup earned a PhD in Social Work from Ålborg Universitet between 2015 and 2021 and is recognized as Lektorgodkendt. Additional qualifications include a Master's degree in Social Work from Ålborg Universitet, a Diploma in Social Work focusing on children and young people, training in systemic and narrative perspectives from DISPUK, and completion of the Social Worker Education at Den sociale højskole.
