Charles Perez is an experienced manager in technical operations, currently serving as a Manager of Technical Operations and Operations Manager at Kobie Marketing since September 2019. In this role, Charles oversees the implementation of Loyalty Programs and Campaign Management, successfully reducing production issues by 75% through the establishment of operational standards. Previously, Charles coached athletes at Siesta Key Juniors, developing high school talent that secured spots on Division I and II collegiate teams, and served in coaching positions at Lower Alabama Volleyball Club and the University of South Alabama. Charles holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Geography from Florida State University, obtained in August 2016.
